Jeff Caldwell, Vice President
Jeff Caldwell is one of the founders of Benchmark Bank when it opened in 2005. His responsibilities for the bank have included operational and systems development, mortgage lending and managing the retail branches. He now leads the Business Banking team and continues working with mortgage customers. Jeff earned his degree in finance from Miami University and first started in the mortgage industry in 2002 in Atlanta, Georgia.
Jeff has been a resident of New Albany, Ohio since 2004. He and his wife, Carmen, have a 2 year-old son and are expecting a second child later this year.

Tim Hunter, Business Development Officer
Originally from Central Ohio, Tim returned to the area as a Business Development Officer for Benchmark Bank after spending several years in Louisville, Kentucky as a banking relationship manager with BB&T. Prior to living in Kentucky, Tim was a part of the sales team at the Columbus Blue Jackets. He has also worked in sports marketing for the Durham Bulls and Bowling Green State University.
Tim is a graduate of Olentangy High School and Ohio Northern University. He resides in Westerville.

Ann Leak, Senior Vice President
Ann Leak is one of the founders of Benchmark Bank. She has thirty years of banking experience, including twenty years with the former State Savings Bank. Her experience included new market development and managing a subsidiary that provided a loan origination network throughout Ohio. Just prior to opening Benchmark Bank, Ann was a lending consultant in the area of Affordable Housing, and worked with community banks and thrifts throughout Ohio to provide participation and commercial lending opportunities.
Ann and her husband, Mitch, have two daughters and are long-time residents of Pickerington. Ann is a graduate of Capital University and now serves on the university's Board of Trustees.

Daphne Moehring, Vice President
Daphne leads our Credit Administration group and is a member of the Benchmark's Business Banking team. She has twenty years of experience in credit administration and commercial banking. She started her career at the former Bank One and benefited from the growth in the corporation and excellent credit and management training opportunities. Daphne parlayed her big bank experiences to community banking by starting and leading a satellite office of a Northeast Ohio-based community bank in Columbus prior to joining Benchmark in 2009.
Daphne and her husband, Boyd, have two daughters and are long-time residents of Gahanna. Daphne is a graduate of Capital University and is very active in Girls Scouts and the Gahanna area schools.

Ryan Wood, Business Development Officer
Born and raised in Central Ohio, Ryan joined Benchmark Bank's management program in 2009. After working in several areas of the bank, including retail and lending, Ryan became a credit analyst with the mortgage and business banking group. With this experience and his knowledge of Central Ohio businesses, Ryan is now a Business Development Officer for the Business Banking team.
Ryan is a graduate of Capital University's School of Management and played varsity basketball at Capital. Recently married, Ryan and his wife, Jenna, reside in Gahanna.
